Evil Captain Barbossa and his salty crew belong to a long line of pirates, victims of an ancient curse which leaves them stranded somewhere between life and death. When Barbossa discovers a way to reverse the curse, plucky sailor Jack Sparrow, able shipmate Will Turner and the beautiful Elizabeth Swann, daughter of the governor, set sail to thwart the dastardly pirate's plans.
