Outdoor Screenings

All the best places to catch movies in the open-air in London this summer.

Rooftop Film Club

What is it? Once home to just pigeons and air conditioning units, rooftops have recently come into their own as quirky locations for film screenings - and few do the experience better than Rooftop Film Club. What is it? Boats. Cinema. It was only a matter of time until these concepts found themselves flung together - and we have Time Out to thank for it. The idea is simple: board a boat at Tower Pier and take a cruise along the Thames whilst admiring the picturesque views. Then, at sunset, the boat docks and everyone gathers on the top deck for the screening. Try to imagine a better summer night. We dare you.
